Logistics Coordination and Management Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, warehousing, transportation) to ensure smooth execution of logistics services for key accounts. Oversee the execution of service agreements and ensure the highest level of service is consistently delivered. Monitor service performance, identify areas of improvement, and work on continuous process optimization to meet client expectations. Contract Negotiation and Management Negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while protecting company interests. Manage contract renewals and amendments as required. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key clients in a timely and professional manner. Act as an escalation point for any service failures, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
