Job Description

We're looking for an International Trade Lane Developer (Managerial Level) to lead the growth of our global trade lanes across PAN India. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading logistics company and take on a key role in shaping our international network. Role & responsibilities: Lead the development and optimization of international trade lanes across PAN India. Manage and drive strategic relationships with international partners, carriers, and suppliers. Oversee trade lane performance, ensuring cost-effective and efficient logistics solutions. Identify and evaluate new trade route opportunities to expand our global presence. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trade lane professionals. Preferred candidate profile: Proven experience in the logistics or supply chain industry at a managerial level. Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, customs, and global shipping practices. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and drive change. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
