Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop relationships with key clients - Ensure client needs are met through prompt and accurate responses - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow client accounts - Resolve any issues that arise - Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's logistics services Qualifications: - Account management and client relationship development skills - Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and customs regulations - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using logistics software and CRM tools - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work on-site in Thane - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred - Prior experience in a similar role is a plus,
