Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Accounts Executive located in Thane. The Key Accounts Executive will manage and develop relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met through prompt and accurate responses. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts. This role will also entail resolving any issues that arise and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's logistics services. Qualifications Account management and client relationship development skills Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and customs regulations Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using logistics software and CRM tools Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work on-site in Thane Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
