Job Summary

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and issue resolution.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve product and service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar client-facing or sales role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
