Key Account Manager – E-Commerce


Location:

Gurugram


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow our business on Nykaa and Myntra. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations for these platforms, driving sales growth, ensuring product visibility, executing promotional campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with marketplace teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations for Nykaa and Myntra accounts, including

listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of marketplace strategies.

Implement sales growth plans by optimizing product visibility, participating in campaigns, and running targeted promotions.

Regularly monitor KPIs such as sales trends, conversion rates, and product rankings.

Maintain healthy stock levels by forecasting demand and coordinating timely

replenishments.

Analyse platform reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Liaise with Nykaa and Myntra category managers to negotiate better visibility, campaigns, and support. Ensure product catalogues are updated with accurate images, descriptions, and keywords.

Resolve operational challenges such as order cancellations, return rate issues, or customer concerns promptly.

Track competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce account management, specifically for Nykaa and/or Myntra.

Strong working knowledge of marketplace systems, promotional tools, and reporting dashboards. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Desired Skills

Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle categories is a plus.

Knowledge of SEO-friendly product listing practices.

Data-driven decision-making mindset.
