Job Description

As a Key Account Manager (B2B) with Excellent Communication Skills and prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products / Tech Sales, your primary responsibilities will involve delivering top-line & bottom-line quotas month-on-month. You will drive client engagement through regular meetings, calls, and demos, aiming to develop a comprehensive understanding of each account including POCs in various departments, business verticals, and locations. Additionally, you will be tasked with growing business in each account by increasing the share of wallet in current services and expanding into new business lines/locations to achieve significant business growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams within the organization will be essential to accomplish these objectives. Identifying cross/up-sell opportunities by gaining a deep understanding of client businesses and fostering engagement with Xoxoday will also be crucial. Regular reporting of progress and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess 2-5 years of work experience in a Key Account Management Role (B2B Accounts) along with previous experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products, Tech solutions, or similar enterprise solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as hands-on experience with account management CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms. The ability to independently manage clients with minimal supervision is critical, and a Bachelor's degree from a reputable organization is required, with an MBA considered an added advantage.
