Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Gurugram. The Key Account Manager will oversee the strategic management and growth of assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing account performance, and identifying new opportunities for growth. The individual will work directly with clients and internal teams to align on goals and ensure the successful delivery of marketing solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Account Management and handling multiple Key Accounts to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate account performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to deliver client satisfaction and address client needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the marketing, advertising, or media industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
