We operate as an extended virtual team for our clients, helping them scale through impactful and efficient solutions.Position: Video EditorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Video Editor who is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content for social media, advertisements, podcasts, and brand campaigns

Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work)

• Editing long-form videos (podcast-style, YouTube, interviews)
• Converting long content into short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
• Creating and editing direct response ads & VSL-style videos
• Adding motion graphics and clean transitions
• Selecting and integrating music, sound effects, and basic or AI-generated voiceovers
• Ensuring brand consistency across all video content
• Enhancing videos using relevant B-rolls, overlays, and creative elements
• Interpreting and reflecting the video’s messaging to guide viewer engagement
• Optimizing videos for various platforms (Reels / Shorts / LinkedIn / YouTube)
• Creating high-quality Reels & Shorts aligned with current social media trends and formats

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing
• Prior agency experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and optionally Final Cut Pro
• Basic understanding of motion graphics
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Experience editing for YouTubers
• Basic graphic design skills
• Understanding of marketing and B2B content
• Strong narrative-building and visual communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
