Key Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to manage strategic dealership accounts, ensure excellent client servicing, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, automotive industry exposure, and a proven track record in managing B2B relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop key accounts (dealers, service centers, or partners)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
• Drive sales targets through relationship management and upselling opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
• Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and deliver business reviews and performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
• 2–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in automotive or service industry
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations

Preferred:

• Prior experience in automotive, insurance, or dealership operations
• Fluency in English and regional languages

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,500.00 per month
