The Key Accounts Manager will be a critical liaison between TMW and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction, delivering tailored solutions, and driving growth. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing client needs while meeting company goals.
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry dynamics to provide tailored solutions.
2. Project Management
- Oversee the delivery of content and advertising projects, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, strategists, and tech experts, to meet client expectations.
- Monitor project performance and recommend improvements.
3. Sales & Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
- Develop proposals and pitches for potential client partnerships.
- Achieve revenue targets by upselling and cross-selling TMW’s offerings.
4. Market Insight & Strategy
- Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in tier-two and tier-three markets.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to refine services and solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align client campaigns with broader market strategies.
5. Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, such as U.S. federal guidelines for international projects.
- Implement efficient workflows to enhance client experience and reduce turnaround times.
- Handle budget management and reporting for client accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or related roles at a social media or creative content agency.
- Strong understanding of creative content, social media and Indian content domain.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Knowledge of content creation, advertising, or agriculture sectors is a plus.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and driving operational efficiency.
