Job Summary
Varthana is looking for Key Account Managers who will be driving all business development activities and responsible for revenue generation, cost management, delinquency control, and running the branch as a profit center. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying the Large ticket school markets to broad base the portfolio and pursue growth opportunities towards onboarding the new clients. Key Role Deliverables Sales Management: Visiting schools and other education institutions and achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity through sourcing of large ticket loans. Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives Profitability Management: Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio. Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.
