Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Key Account Manager at ERGO. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and conducting account management activities. The role involves daily tasks such as receiving new RFQ from customer, working with Purchase team in getting quotes, Finalizing quotes with customer, tracking project progressing and keeping customer updated about the same, strategizing customer-specific plans, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Key Account Manager will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong skills in Key Accounts and Account Management Proficiency in Business Planning and Customer Service Excellent Analytical Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in international business or consultancy is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self starter
