Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. 

Responsibilities

• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Company’s Sales goals
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. Able to coordinate with Clients; handle and resolve escalations.
• Report regularly to Sales Head on performance and market developments
• Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
• Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
