Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with banking clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities for Finacle implementation, customization, migration, and IT services.
• Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling IT solutions.
• Stay updated on banking technology trends and regulatory requirements.
• Handle escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues.
• Prepare reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in account management or IT services in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of core banking solutions (preferably Finacle) and IT services.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple accounts.
