Key Account Manager – Google & Meta Ads

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Client Ownership:

  Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.

• Campaign Strategy:

  Develop

  Google & Meta ad strategies

  aligned with client goals (lead generation, e-commerce sales, awareness).

• Performance Marketing:

  Oversee campaign execution, monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL), and provide actionable insights.

• Budget Management:

  Optimize media spends across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (FB/IG campaigns).

• Reporting & Insights:

  Prepare and present performance dashboards with

  data-driven recommendations

  .

• Collaboration:

  Work with creative, analytics, and sales teams to deliver

  360° campaign solutions

  .

• Upselling & Retention:

  Identify opportunities for

  cross-sell and up-sell

  , ensuring long-term client success.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in

  performance marketing or digital account management

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

  .
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking platforms.
• Proven record of

  managing large accounts

  with significant monthly ad spends.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to

  translate numbers into narratives

  .
• Agency background preferred.
