Key Account Manager- Sales

KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER: (FEMALE CANDIDATES)

• Developing and Executing customer success plans
• Monitoring customer usage and adoption of our services
• Proactively engaging customers to ensure they are receiving maximum value from our solutions
• Developing and executing strategies to increase customer retention
• Identifying customers needs and up selling opportunities
• Working closely with the sales team to provide product feedback and customer insights
• Resolving customer inquires and issues in a timely manner
• Tracking and reporting customer success metrics requirements
• Atleast 3 years of customer success experience in account management
• Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with Clients
• Tech savy with the ability to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
