Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow key accounts across HORECA, institutional, wholesale and B2B channels.

- Acquire new B2B clients and build a healthy sales pipeline in the region.

- Conduct regular client visits, product demos and sampling sessions.

- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly & quarterly targets.

- Coordinate with supply chain/operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Monitor collections, credit cycles and resolve service-related issues.

- Track category trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotions and launches.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B food sales.

- Strong existing network in B2B food ecosystem.

- Proven sales target achievement record.

- Strong negotiation, communication and client management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
