Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute national sales strategies across GT, MT, retail, and e-commerce. - Drive revenue, volume, and market share growth in the small appliances category. - Expand and manage EBOs, MBOs, SIS, and franchise networks pan-India. - Strengthen distributor and dealer networks in metro and Tier 2/3 markets. - Own P&L responsibilities with focus on margins, cost control, and working capital. - Lead sales forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking across regions. - Ensure retail SOP compliance, visual merchandising, and in-store experience. - Coordinate with supply chain for demand planning and inventory optimization. - Collaborate with marketing for in-store activations, trade schemes, and promotions. - Build and lead high-performing sales and retail operations teams. - Provide market feedback to product and R&D teams for product improvements.
