Job Title: Head - Head - Retail Ops & Sales
Location: Hyderabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 Am to 7:00 PM.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Business Head - Sales & Retail Operations to lead the national sales, retail expansion, and distribution network for our Small Appliances division. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in managing multi-channel retail operations, driving revenue growth, and building high-performing teams within the consumer durables industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies across GT, MT, retail, and e-commerce.
- Drive revenue, volume, and market share growth in the small appliances category.
- Expand and manage EBOs, MBOs, SIS, and franchise networks pan-India.
- Strengthen distributor and dealer networks in metro and Tier 2/3 markets.
- Own P&L responsibilities with focus on margins, cost control, and working capital.
- Lead sales forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking across regions.
- Ensure retail SOP compliance, visual merchandising, and in-store experience.
- Coordinate with supply chain for demand planning and inventory optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing for in-store activations, trade schemes, and promotions.
- Build and lead high-performing sales and retail operations teams.
- Provide market feedback to product and R&D teams for product improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
- 12-15 years of experience in consumer durables, preferably small appliances.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and retail expansion.
- Strong P&L ownership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in ERP, CRM, POS, and retail analytics tools
