Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head at Explore Abroad Edu, located in Delhi, India. The Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the consultancy, including managing the admission process, coordinating with partner universities, and ensuring comprehensive support services for students. They will lead a team, develop strategic plans, and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and implementing best practices to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning
• Experience in Education Consultancy, Higher Education, and International Admissions
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of Visa Processes, Travel Coordination, and Accommodation Arrangements
• Familiarity with Licensing Exam Preparation, such as FMGE/NExT, is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
