Head of Talent Acquisition (TA Head)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the companys talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Partner with executive leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Design and drive recruitment initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Operational Excellence

• Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across all functions and levels.

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Implement data-driven recruitment practices using KPIs and analytics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all recruitment activities.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Strengthen the companys employer brand across online and offline platforms.

• Enhance candidate experience through efficient communication and seamless hiring processes.

• Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop recruitment campaigns and events.

Technology & Innovation

• Leverage HR technology (ATS, CRM, AI tools) to streamline recruitment workflows.

• Identify and adopt innovative sourcing channels, including social media, referral programs, and talent communities.
