Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for hiring positions across various functions.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop job descriptions, job postings, and source candidates from various digital channels & portals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of candidate profiles, ensure effective interview and hire top talent accross levels & functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Management).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution in Any Specialization.
  • Proven track record of successful headcount expansion through effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
