Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, strategic, & people-focused Talent Acquisition Manager. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our teams by bringing in top talent across technical and business roles.

Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract high-quality talent across all functions --- with a strong focus on IT infrastructure, BFSI roles.
Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment plans.
Manager and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment, performance & growth.
Drive innovative sourcing strategies to find top candidates through a mix of job boards, social media, events, referrals, and direct outreach.
Own the candidate experience ensuring every candidate, regardless of outcome, feels respected, valued, and excited about the opportunity.
Champion employer branding initiatives that reflect our values, culture, and purpose.
Leverage tools and data (ATS, dashboards, metrics) to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships with external vendors and recruitment agencies where needed.

10-15 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or manager role.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you are just as comfortable presenting to leadership as you are speaking with candidates.
Proven success hiring for Leadership/Senior Management roles.
A passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment best practices.
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful hiring process for all candidates.
