Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive business development in Government departments and B2B clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic account management. Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage strong relationships with Government departments, PSUs, and B2B clients. Identify and pursue business opportunities through tenders, empanelments, and direct sales. Understand client requirements and align company solutions/services accordingly. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth from assigned accounts. Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, documentation, and timely delivery of services. Keep track of Government policies, procurement trends, and business opportunities. Represent the company at client meetings, industry forums, and exhibitions. Maintain account plans, sales pipeline, and regular reporting to management.
