Key Account Manager

Job Title: Key Account Manager – Recruitment  Location: Ahmedabad  Experience: Minimum 2-3+ Years We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and manage the entire recruitment process for our new project, ranging from unskilled to highly skilled manpower. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in bulk hiring, vendor coordination, site mobilization, and strong administrative control. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end recruitment for unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled roles as per project requirements. • Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to identify hiring needs. • Develop recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring. • Manage and coordinate with external recruitment agencies/vendors/labor contractors. • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding processes. • Monitor attendance, deployment, and productivity of hired staff. • Act as the single point of contact for manpower and administrative needs. • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments. • Ensure timely reporting and updates to stakeholders regarding hiring and admin progress.
