Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, your role involves including HNI customers into the Preferred Programe and providing them with a superior customer experience to enhance profitability. Your responsibilities include: - Acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships - Liaising with branch staff to identify eligible customers and acquire new customers meeting product criteria - Regularly interacting with customers to build rapport, update profiles, and enhance the overall value of the portfolio - Maintaining portfolio quality and hygiene parameters - Cross-selling bank products based on customer needs - Conducting joint calls with Supervisor as per defined process - Offering advisory services in coordination with PBG - Achieving monthly and yearly revenue targets - Controlling customer attrition In operations, marketing, and processes, you will: - Ensure adherence to KYC / AML norms - Maintain 5-S norms at individual workstations To increase wallet share, you will: - Cross-sell various bank products to make the bank a one-stop solution for all banking needs of Imperia customers - Sell to family members and associates within the network - Reach optimal levels of Income generating Product Group Holding (IPGH) - Enhance client's Customer To Group (CTG) level In terms of customer service, you will: - Deliver quality customer service and resolve queries and complaints within TAT - Keep customers informed about regulatory or process changes - Communicate timely with customers on requests and concerns - Manage complaints proactively through customer feedback - Promote direct banking channels and ensure customer utilization - Introduce customers to RBH / BM and PSO for smooth branch visits Key Skills required for this role: - Sales and Influencing Skills - Banking Product & Process Knowledge - NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge - Planning and Organizing Skills - Good Communication Skills - Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry - IRDA Certification - NCFM Certification (Optional) - Exposure to Portfolio Management segment (Preferred),
