Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for KAM (Key Account Manager) located in Noida. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, receive customized RFID implementations, continued support, and measurable value from the solution.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of RFID technologies (tags, readers, frequencies, middleware).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Technical-to-business translation ability.
• Account planning, negotiation, and CRM software expertise.
• Cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills..
• Candidates having experience in similar or related Industry shall be preferred.
