RF Genie's success is closely tied to the business success of its clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for KAM (Key Account Manager) located in Noida. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, receive customized RFID implementations, continued support, and measurable value from the solution. Qualifications Strong understanding of RFID technologies (tags, readers, frequencies, middleware). Excellent communication and presentation skills Technical-to-business translation ability. Account planning, negotiation, and CRM software expertise. Cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.. Candidates having experience in similar or related Industry shall be preferred.
