Key Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with developers, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Design and execute

  strategic account plans

  aligned to growth and revenue objectives.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts while driving penetration into new clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing and technical) to deliver

  customized solutions and service excellence

• Monitor market movements, share business intelligence, and proactively adapt strategies

Skills & Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree;

  MBA preferred

• 8-12 years of proven experience

  in Key Account Management / Business Development within building materials, construction, or real estate.
• Strong industry network in

  residential and hospitality sectors

  .
• Demonstrated record of accomplishment in driving

  revenue growth and account expansion

  .
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
