Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for each key quick commerce platform, focusing on maximizing sales and market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at each platform.
  • Proactively identify and address any platform-specific challenges or concerns.

Sales Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns on each platform to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

Product Listing and Inventory Management:

  • Ensure accurate and attractive product listings with compelling descriptions and visuals.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries to fulfilment centers.

Pricing and Promotions:

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with platform policies and market dynamics.
  • Negotiate promotional deals and discounts with platform partners.
  • Monitor the impact of promotions on sales and profitability.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Regularly analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Generate comprehensive reports to track performance and communicate key metrics to stakeholders.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of the D2C industry and emerging trends in Quick commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record in sales and account management within the e-commerce or quick commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of online grocery delivery platforms and their operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Data-driven decision making with proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
