Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with restaurant partners and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Monitor brand performance across Swiggy and Zomato, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on menu optimization, creative updates, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or restaurant consulting.
• Strong understanding of the online food delivery ecosystem (Swiggy/Zomato experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with attention to detail.
