Job Description

Engineer MBA with 6 to 8 years experience in Sales / Key Account Management of engineering products to OEMs, Global Exposure

Relevant industry

Role & responsibilities

  • To manage the sales process with key accounts in assigned segments / territories globally
  • Develop plans to meet sales targets
  • Identify business opportunities from existing/new facilities
  • Develop key account plans to service the accounts
  • Build and manage global key account team
  • Negotiate pricing for contracts with customers in line with organizational guidelines
  • To manage the sales process through channel partners in assigned segments / territories globally
  • Achieving planned sales and account receivables targets
  • Develop Global Country wise Channel/Network Plan and Policies and Implement them
  • Develop global pricing, branding, packaging guidelines
  • To identify and On-Board new channel partners
  • Negotiate pricing for contracts with channel partners in line with organizational guidelines
  • Channel Policy, Business terms sign off with partners
  • Marketing activities like branding/sales promotion
  • Proactively monitor competitor activity and report regularly
  • Timely reporting of sales, visit reports as specified
  • Maintain key customer contacts & build relationships in a professional manner to effectively promote companys products & services
  • Manage CRM initiatives planned by the organization

Desired profile:-

The candidate needs to have a strong background in International/Exports Sales Management in Hydraulics/Off highway/Engineering/Industrial segments, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, building strong relationships with key clients and a proven track record of driving sales growth globally.
