Role & responsibilities

• To be responsible for managing technical relations with Customers OEMs, End Users, Channel Partners
• Contribute to opportunity generation, development, and implementation of customized product solutions
• To perform Application Reviews on machines & equipment
• Work on customer key pain areas and develop solutions that can improve performance and result in business
• Obtain customers product approvals in line with proposals, drawings, sample submitted and completed sample tests
• Monitor customer approval tests conducted on samples at customers premises/installations
• Maintain close relationships with customers engineering /technical department
• To share technical requirements and common trend in the market to product development to steer new designs
• Monitor competitor activities in respect of products and technical development
• To attend to field service technical complaints
• To perform root cause analysis of product related problems & resolve complaints conclusively at customers
• To develop and execute external technical trainings
