Grow market share and achieve budgeted sales targets.
Drive sales and marketing initiatives through assigned distributors.Conduct customer seminars, new product introduction exercises, and push adoption through distribution.Ensure timely collection of overdue payments.Prepare and submit MIS reports and maintain daily sales reporting.Acquire new customers and drive business development through product demonstrations.Consistently improve monthly sales volume on a month-on-month basis.Achieve sales objectives of focus programs/schemes in close coordination with the Product Manager.Monitor competition, share insights, and strategize countermeasures with support from PM.
