Location of Posting - Sanaswadi, Tal- Shirur, Dist-Pune Location of Candidate - Pune, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Nashik, New Mumbai. Role & responsibilities : 1) Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. 2) Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards. 3) Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. 4) Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures. 5) Design and run employee training and development programs. 6) Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information. 7) Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues. 8) Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations. 9) Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll. 10) Develop employee recognition and rewards programs. 11) Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs. 12) Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances. 13) Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees. 14) Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements. 15) Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HRM processes. 16) Support performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. 17) Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management. 18) Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee. Desired profile: As an HR Executive, will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization Primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. Key skills :- Proficiency in software like ERP, HRMS, PAYROLL, GOVERNMENT SKIM, PF, ESIC, WC, POLICY, Critical thinking Analytical skills Flexibility and problem - solving needed for this role
