Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
As a part of Imarticus Learning’s Career Services team :-
● Client Acquisition - Identify, grow and manage relationships with leading investment banks and financial institutions or firms with primary objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire Imarticus trained and certified learners
● Become a trusted partner for the corporate's hiring needs, in terms of talent supply or any potential offering in retail banking, wealth management and related industries.
● Conceptualize and lead initiatives with Partners to create a regular stream of opportunities for our in house students, job fairs etc.
● Having good network of clients who are leading Investment banks, Big4s and Financial Services firms who are hiring for freshers and early careers.
● Work closely with cross functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students Qualification
● Should be passionate about ed-tech / education sector
● Prior relationships with CHROs, TA team , Recruiters, Directors , SVP, VP, Regional heads, and leaders within functions of HR as well as different business lines in leading Investment banks, Big4s and Financial Services firms
● Exhibits strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills Should be a go-getter great execution makes good ideas successful.
● Open to travel frequently across all Locations in the South region to deepen existing relationships and build new relationships with relevant clientele.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
● Minimum of 7+ years of experience in career services, corporate relations, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in the edtech or education sector.
● Open to candidates with backgrounds in business development in recruitment agencies , client acquisition, or account management from reputable manpower or staffing firms, specifically those serving clients in the financial services sector especially investment banks.
● Strong network of industry contacts, particularly in financial services and other high-growth sectors.
● Proven track record of successfully placing students in relevant job roles.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Passion for helping students achieve their career goals and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by job seekers.
