Job Description

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing timely

project updates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, shippers, carriers, agents and

internal teams.

- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure competitive rates and high

service quality.

Operational & Team Management:

- Work with cross-functional teams (operations, customs, documentation and

transport) for successful execution.

- Assign responsibilities, monitor progress and ensure accountability within the project

team.

- Implement best practices in process improvement and cost optimization.

Risk & Compliance Management:

- Identify project risks, delays and challenges; implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with legal, safety and environmental regulations in all freight

activities.
