Role Description

Key Account Manager

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects move from concept to completion smoothly — on time, on brief, and with impact. You’ll also play a key role in understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of each partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for key clients — building trust, clarity, and alignment at every stage.
• Translate client goals into clear creative briefs and ensure smooth execution across internal teams.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

  to ensure successful delivery of branding, packaging, and communication projects.
• Collaborate with creative teams to maintain quality standards and strategic coherence.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to strengthen and expand client relationships.
• Coordinate review meetings, gather feedback, and ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintain accurate documentation — proposals, timelines, invoices, and progress reports.
• Track project performance metrics and support senior management in client presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in

  account management, client servicing, or project management

  , preferably in a

  branding, design, or creative agency

  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability; can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adept at working with creative teams and translating business objectives into design briefs.
• Understanding of branding, packaging, and marketing communication processes.
• Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.).
• A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

Hybrid Work Policy

• Mumbai-based position with

  3-4 days in-office

• Core working hours:

  10:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST

• Client meetings or travel may be required occasionally.
