About the Role

Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the visual design direction across projectsfrom concept to execution

Present concepts, moodboards, and design directions to clients confidently and clearly

Collaborate with strategy, content, and account management to ensure cohesive storytelling and design

Manage and mentor junior designers and interns, ensuring consistent quality and growth

packaging

Provide technical inputs for print productiondielines, material behavior, color calibration, etc.

Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure design accuracy and production feasibility

Lead internal creative reviews, quality checks, and brainstorms

What We're Looking For

45 years of professional experience in a creative/design agency environment

Prior experience in team management and mentoring

Strong presentation and client communication skills

A portfolio showcasing branding, packaging design, and visual systems

Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and vendor coordination

Ability to conceptualise video and motion graphic briefs with the Video team

Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional studio environment

Proactive, solution-oriented mindsetbalancing creativity and logic
