Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who comes specifically from the branding, design, or packaging industry —someone who not only understands our space but already has an established network in this ecosystem. This is a full-time hybrid role (some work-from-home acceptable) based in Mumbai. You will be responsible for: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Leveraging your existing network to build new client relationships Leading client conversations and understanding project needs Creating tailored proposals and delivering presentations Coordinating with the design and marketing teams for project execution Managing the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth Qualifications Must have prior experience in the branding/design/creative services industry Strong existing network of clients or potential leads in relevant sectors (FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, etc.) Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Skilled in sales strategy, proposal development, and client presentations Experience in identifying market opportunities and business trends Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable in a hybrid work setup Why Join Us?
