Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Chandigarh. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing and executing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing account data, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and addressing customer needs to enhance customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet business objectives.
