Continuous Improvement Specialist

Lead and drive a culture of continuous process improvement throughout the Shop floor.
· Coach and facilitate Kaizen events for problem solving and continuous process improvement· Maintaining the skill matrix and being in charge of training and coaching blue-collar Technicians.· Design & optimizes shop floor layout and material flow using Lean concepts.· Act as primary POC from shop floor to support and maintain AS9100, EHS, OSHA Requirements. · Plan and organize day to day down time analysis activities.· Demonstrate & understanding use of OEE/OLE measurements to improve effectiveness of assembly process.· Must be well versed in assembly process· Knowledge in 7 qc tools.· Maintain KPI targets in line with business strategy· Ability to implement corrective and preventive action· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to solve Day to Day shop floor issues.· Good knowledge on 5S & Ergonomics.· Work in tandem with shop supervisors & Technicians to comprehend the needs of shop tools to make assembly operate more efficiently.· Sourcing, negotiating and buying of goods, materials and services to meet the shop floor operational requirements· Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.Experience: 3 to 5 years.Qualification:Diploma Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering.Regards,Siddeshwara swamy MS 9901843119siddeshwara.swamyms@dynamatics.net.
