Job Description

As a Specialist in Continuous Improvements at our company, you will play a crucial role in optimizing product quality and enhancing business processes. Your expertise in data analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving impactful change. We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to lead efforts in this area and contribute to our team's success. Your key responsibilities will include leading and developing analytics for Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) by utilizing relevant data sets to identify key contributors, trends, and patterns. You will be responsible for building a forecast model for CoPQ to guide Finance and Quality leadership in understanding the impact of various initiatives. Additionally, you will drive the implementation of the Quality Strategy by aligning strategic goals and objectives within our business units. Setting up and managing a continuous improvement framework to reduce product/component failures, defects, CoPQ, and enhance business processes and maturity will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will lead the development of Six Sigma and problem-solving competencies within our organization and collaborate with Digital Solutions teams to leverage CoPQ-related analytics. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years of relevant experience. Certification or training in Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt is required. You must have hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing containment, corrective, and preventive actions. Proficiency in Six Sigma tools and methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean, and DFSS is essential. Previous experience in driving strategic initiatives, managing global continuous improvement projects, and familiarity with change management tools and processes will be advantageous. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills and experience in developing BI and Power BI dashboards. Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills are crucial for this role. Effective collaboration and communication skills are necessary to interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Building strong networks, fostering partnerships, being action-oriented, persistent, and passionate about driving improvements are key competencies we seek in potential candidates. An agile mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems into logical milestones is highly desirable. Fluency in English with exceptional verbal, written communication, and influencing skills is required.
