Role Overview:

Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Manage end-to-end client requirements including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and last-mile coordination.
• Understand client business needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor shipment progress, proactively resolve issues, and keep clients updated on status.
• Prepare and share quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure profitability for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with operations, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services to existing customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience in international logistics / freight forwarding industry.

• Strong knowledge of

  ocean freight, air freight, and customs clearance procedures

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver results under deadlines.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
