Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Hyderabad & Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing major client accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, crafting tailored insurance solutions, facilitating communication between clients and insurance partners, and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. The role also involves preparing reports, tracking account performance, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
