Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Anywhere In Noida
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales, and ensure long-term business growth. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills to deliver value to both clients and the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to maximize value.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and account growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports, forecasts, and sales insights.
  • Explore opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand account portfolio.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing (preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
