About The Opportunity

Role: Key Account ManagementLevel: Senior ExecutiveReporting To: Senior Manager - Corporate ChannelLocation: Pune, Mumbai and Gurgaon

MyBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip, provides a customizable, real-time self-booking system that seamlessly integrates into a company’s structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings, and the power of choice. Over the last 5 years, we have onboarded 50,000+ prominent corporates who are benefiting from our seamless platform and achieving significant savings.

About The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be part of the team that ensures enterprise clientssucceed with MyBiz. You’ll work closely with our Client Solution Experts to onboardclients, drive early adoption, and optimize engagement with the platform. This is a strategic,growth-focused role for those who want to build a career in SaaS account management,client consulting, and enterprise relationship management.

What You Will Be Doing

Support Client Solution Experts in onboarding and activating new enterprise clientsDrive early-stage adoption and platform engagement within client organizations
Conduct training sessions and assist clients in aligning platform use with their internalprocesses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Develop a working understanding of enterprise operations and account success drivers
Participate in client success initiatives across regions; travel or temporary relocation maybe required.

Qualification & Experience

Management graduate from a reputed institute.
