Job Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in India. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding relationships with our most important clients. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth in account revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to key accounts.
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market trends to management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
