About The Function

The International Hotel Supply team expertly manages the supply portfolio of over 17,000 prestigious hotels across the globe, covering iconic travel destinations such as UAE, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Europe and many others.

About The Role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing strategic relationships with partners. The role focuses on strengthening partnership models, driving product-led growth, and ensuring seamless account management to maximize business impact. A deep understanding of API integrations and the ability to align product capabilities with partner needs will be essential in identifying new opportunities and scaling existing collaborations.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new business opportunities with OTAs and Bedbanks.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from pitch to API integration and go-live.
  • Acting as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Partnering with product and technology teams to scope, design, and support API/integration-led partnerships.
  • Tracking and reporting the performance of business development initiatives, optimizing for revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Building a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging fintech/API opportunities.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, technology, and product teams to deliver value to partners.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA from a reputed institute with 35 years of experience in business development or partnerships within Fintech, SaaS, or similar product environments.
  • Exposure to API-driven solutions, product integrations, or platform partnerships.
  • Ability to manage both technical and commercial conversations with clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in working with data to drive decisions.
